One of the questions I often get asked by clients is “how can we develop our people without causing too much disruption to day to day business?”.

We all know how important it is to develop the skills of our teams, and that a well motivated, capable team will lead to good organisational performance.  However, there is a tough balancing act between managing the business and finding time for learning and development.

Increasingly I am being asked to create workshops that last half a day, to allow people to develop their skills whilst not taking them out of the business for a whole day.

As a result, I have now created a suite of workshops lasting three and a half hours, each tackling a different subject.  Topics range from Leadership Essentials, Motivating your Team, and Effective Performance Management through to Time Management and Communicating with Influence.  Each has been designed to encourage delegate participation and discussion, and delegates will (as with all our courses) be asked to complete an action plan outlining what they will do differently back in the workplace.
