MBTI Step I Course

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I enhances your understanding of yourself, your motivations, natural strengths and potential areas for growth. It can be administered either as a 1-2-1 coaching process, or in a team to help create broader understanding of working relationships. Following the completion of a questionnaire, a self-assessment process takes place (where delegates are asked to identify their type) before looking at the questionnaire to complete a best-fit exercise. The result is a four-letter type which is then explored during the session to understand what it means, strengths and areas for development.
