ABOUT US

We are a Leicestershire based training company delivering high quality, tailored business training and coaching sessions to satisfy your business needs.

Jo has worked in Learning and Development for 15 years, initially as part of an in-house training team for TNT and, since 2009, as an Independent Consultant. Jo holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Jo is also a Lay member of the Employment Tribunal Service, and able to draw on experience gained in this role to add depth to the training programmes delivered.

Jo has worked with clients including Curve Theatre (where Jo works with the HR team to identify development needs and designing tailored solutions to meet these), Lucite International, Aspers Casino, NHS and Leicestershire Probation Service.

A qualified MBTI® Practitioner, Jo is able to facilitate the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step I and II (widely claimed to be one of the most accurate type questionnaires on the market). This can be facilitated as a group training programme, or as one to one coaching sessions. Jo specialises in running bespoke leadership and management courses tailored to meet the needs of the client. Using a variety of learning techniques, all courses are interactive and encourage learners to take responsibility for their learning. Learning logs and action plans are used throughout all programmes to enable delegates to keep track of their learning, and put it into practice in the workplace.
